Through facilitated workshops we created strategy, content, data collection tools, and gathered product requirements for CRM system integrations. The design included customized dashboards and reports relevant to daily work streams to increase efficiency and accuracy, along with new standard operating procedures to enhance their ability to respond to data reporting to the superintendent. Candor and Co managed the Salesforce development team, ensuring content accuracy, and collaborated across multiple teams at Dekalb County Public Schools.
